Timo

Check out this site for all diving in australia

http://www.underwater.com.au

It's a great resource for all you diving questions - lots of stories,
photos and excellent info.

It's THE Scuba diving portal for Australia. Comprehensive information
on dive shops, liveaboards, charter and day boats, accommodation, gear
and more - community meeting place for divers and marine enthusiasts.

More specifically to your question .. the section for Queensland dive
shops can be accessed here

http://www.underwater.com.au/index.p...a/ref/qld.html

Hope that helps.

See you underwater .....

Tim

The best dive out of Townsville is the SS Yongala. It's a wreck dive but
it's more about seeing the life on the wreck. You'll see bigger fish there
than you will on a Great Barrier Reef dive.

I've only dived out of North Stradbroke Island near Brisbane. At the right
times of year, you'll see mantas, nurse sharks and leopard sharks. There's
also some wrecks off Moreton island, but I got blown out the time I tried
to dive them.

Hi

Diving Dreams seems to be the most popular (according to this forum anyway).
If you're there around Xmas, you'll see me onboard. Whatever you do, don't
miss the Yongala.

divingdreams.com.au
dancingwithdolphons.com.au
prodive.com.au
adrenalinedive.com.au

Please understand that the Yongala is a fair way out, and day trips are very
long...consider a three day liveaboard.

Cheers

Mark
