Default Nitrox regs

Hi again all.
I'm doing a nitrox course next weekend.
I'm taking all my own kit along, including regs. They were serviced for
nitrox last time they were done but I have dived air since then. Are they ok
to use now for nitrox diving?

You don't need oxygen clean regs for recreational (<=40%) Nitrox
diving. Any regs will do, with the possible exception of Titanium regs.

(Of course, you will probably need an oxygen clean tank.)
