Bahamas..better then New Providence?

Are there better spots to dive other then New Providence.?.thanks

Yes. For me it would Andros, Cat Island, parts of Cay Sal and some of the
liveaboard accessed area around the Berries. It's been a while since I dived
the Tongue of the Ocean stuff, but I don't remember it being particularly
good. Just kinda OK.

Bahamas, when one considers the whole archipelago, is probably the best
diving in the Caribbean. But it's just too spread out to access easily for a
week or two vacation.

New providence is a joke compared to the other wonderful dive spots you can find on islands such as Exuma,Rum Cay,Bimini, and landmarks such as The Great Bahama Bank and the Tongue of the ocean. i suggest you check those out.
