Geoff,

I have been there several times. Almost all of the good diving is
DRIFT on the banks. I saw NO MOORINGS but there are some good anchorages.

biggest issue is that you have to check into customs in Bimini or Cat or
anywhere else if you are coming from the east.

Default Cay Sal, Bahamas info wanted

I'm thinking about taking my 40' sailboat to Cay Sal and was wondering if
anyone had any info on the area. What's the diving like? Several live-
aboard dive boats go there and I was wondering if the dive sites have mooring
balls? I realize that this isn't a cruising forum, but did you notice if
there were any reasonable anchorages?

Thanks, Geoff
