I recall hearing good things about it, but I do recall also some
weather having gone through there...probably the summer that they
changed Florida's State Flag to the blue tarp . Was hoping that
someone's got some recent scoop.

I never stayed at the Hope Lodge, but i have stayed at Forfar Field Station, and seen the lodge a few times-its small, but you really can't beat all the places to dive on Andros, its Amazing. There are weather problems sometimes, and the waves can get really bad on the reef, but it's so worth it. And you can't beat the people or the small town charm of Andros-no grumpy tourists.
