Unfortunately, all too true. That said, on one of my last dives the nurse shark followed the dive master around like a puppy. It wanted to be petted. It was just a little duffer and he knew exactly who he wanted. It definitely wasn't about being fed, it was most definitely about being petted. I've never seen anything like it before, despite all the interaction I've seen between the DM's and the nurse sharks. > San Pedro is the charm.
