Belize, Honduras?

I'll be leaving in a couple of weeks for the above destinations. I'll be in
Roatan first, and I've gotten pretty good advice about dive shops there.

In Belize, I dive out of Hopkins and Plancencia, and at the end of my trip I
usually wind up in San Pedro for a few days as I make my way north to the
airport.

It's getting just too built up for me (you need a freakin magnifying glass
to find shred of mangrove-or any kind of vegetation on the beach for that
matter)-- I'm considering staying in Caye Caulker instead. I've been there
a few times, but only for the day. Suggestions on Dive Shops/accomodations
in Caye Caulker?
