Default scuba in Brazil?

Hello,

I'll be leaving for Brazil in a week. I'll be there for 3 weeks, and
I'll be going through Fortaleza, Recife/Natal/Olinda, Salvador, and
Rio. Unfortunately I will not have the time to go to Fernando de
Noronha...even though I hear it's the best place to dive (it looks like
the plane tickets to the island are $300, and it's not worth it for my
short trip). But, I can't figure out if there are other good places to
dive at.

So, where's the best places for me to dive? I can't stand cold water,
and I'm guessing the water is kinda cold around Rio at this time of the
year, so I was figuring I'd prefer to dive near Salvador or
Recife/Natal/Olinda.

The last two places I went diving were Belize and East Africa, and I
loved both, so that's my comparison.

thanks!!

I have pictures and links to dive shops for Recife:

and Salvador:

I live in Rio, and I can honesty say that it isn't worth your trouble.
Very cold water, and nothing to see. However, Recife and Salvador are
really great, both are shipwreck diving.
