Default Grand Cayman SCUBA diving?

I want to know about any shallow dive spots (20 feet or less) (not stingray city) with the best visibility and most marine life. If you could, please give me an idea of when to go when the water is warmest.

Caymans would be fine, expensive though.
Thailand (Koh Tao especially) has some beautiful dives within that depth. The water is currently about 88F (30C) and there are many fish and corals. The water will cool to 80F in october/nov. The Barrier Reef in Australia has sites you can dive that shallow. So does the Carribean.
Why the depth limit?
Are you a certified diver?

Smile Re: Grand Cayman SCUBA diving?

The water temp is in the low 80s in August.
The best shallow dive sites are Eden Rock and Devil's Grotto.
Visit Cayman’s best shore and boat diving Eden Rock Diving Cente for more information.
