Default Scuba Diving in China

I will be in China in July and was wondering if anyone would know of
good diving locations, diving shops, clubs, charter associations or
anything of the sort. Any advice is welcome. I have not been able to
find recent information on that matter, except one website for what I
think is a diving school, but most of the information was in chinese,
which I can't read. Any information would be appreciated.

You can try Hainan Island but no one really wants to dive in China.
You best bet is getting to Manila and take a ferry to Puerto Galera.
Or fly directly to places like Cebu, Phuket or Bali from Hong Kong.

Many HK dive shops sell good packages or tours to SE Asia.

I would have to agree with him. The temperature conditions in China is very erratic, plus there aren't many things to see under water, maybe this is because of the fact that China has been really known for fishing and that might be why there aren't many water resources seen in them.
