Croatia or Turkey Recomendations

Hi,

I plan to take my 7 Year Old lad to either Croatia or Turkey snorkeling for
the first time, and for myself I would like to do an open Padi course.

Has any one any good recomendations for both these activities.

I was thinking about the first two weeks in April, but it Might be a bit two
cold for him, I am thinking now of the First two weeks in June.

Ciao,
there is much difference in sea temperature between April and June,
expecially in the northern part (Istria and North Dalmazia).
Probably in april will be 9-12 °C and in June around 18° C.
In the south it will be warmer.
Coming from UK, probably the best choice is to go in one of the islands
in front of Split or Dubrovnik (where you can land).
Probably it will be difficult to find PADI centers... if you want I know
one in Korcula island... but it is not *****...... ))))
