Never seen any proof that can even lead to that discussion. But go

You do understand the difference between "they might use aiplanes" vs
"they'll hijack planes on Sept 11th" right?
One is a theoretical possibility, the other is an actual plan.

Al Quaeda might use international calls to contact folks in the US. The NSA
wants to listen in on these conversations.
The Democrats are calling this "domestic spying".

I'm sure you can find lots of reports suggestingt that terrorists are also
crossing the border illegally.
Make any suggestion about strengthening border security though, and one gets
decried as racist.
You'll aso be able to find many reports suggesting they might use all kinds
of things.
Heck, we had reports suggesting that Iraq might have WMDs. We beleived those
reports and so invaded Iraq.
Are you now for that?

Again, there's a difference between trying to figure out what Al Quaeda
might do, vs what they had actually planned to do
You do see that, right?
Too bad we didnt have the Patriot act or the NSA listening programs then,
hmmm? Might've had a better idea of what was going on. Or hey, maybe some
profiling - "if you see a group of folks with boxcutters passing through
security, don't allow 'em to board.

Perhaps they should've had a (or two, or three, or four) domestic hijacked
airliner(s) as well?

We were also warned that Iraq was trying to buy yellowcake uranium from
Nigeria.
And, IIRC, trhe Czech ntelligence service still stands by their report of
Atta meeting an Iraqi intelligence official.
Believe that report as well?

Hmm....still repeating that, hmm?
I'm surprised that you don't mention the plane that crashed into the white
house back in 1994

Special events, like, say, a conference where multiple heads of state will
be present.
There, you have a pretty good idea of who the targets would be.

You have a finite set of resources - which buildings do you protect?
Ones in Seattle? Chicago? LA? San Francisco? New York. New Orleans?

And all previous hijackings were more of a hostage situation - not kamikaze.

Still didn't mention a specific time & place. You did read the PDB right?

Too bad the FBI didn't searh Moussaui's computer.
Or listening to his phone calls.

Uhmmm...Charlie.....funding & the budget all originate with the house of
representatives.
Thats one check of the legislative over the executive.

And stragely, the commission nver had Jamie Gorelick testify about the wall
between law enforcement & foreign intelligence.
Would've helped to "connect the dots"

So in your view, the onl way to uncover waht mayve gone wrong is with a
commission?
And yet, they missed Able Danger...no,,,that right...the commission was
informed of it, but ignored it.

Shitfire, son, is that all that bothers you? Hell, that's true of every

It's not that they kill for money that's the problem, it's who they kill and
