Still, no matter how you slice it, exactly 146,842,403.5 people would to vote for Bush/Cheney and exactly 146,842,403.5 would vote for Kerry/Edwards come November. Of course some will be too young to vote, some too enfelonized, and some will simply be too busy or lazy, but the fact is that, regardless of who we're choosing, the country is still split in half and it's a wide gap. Half of us, like me and Alan here, truly believe Bush/Cheney is Evil personified, more vile than Nixon yet more sinister all the while because he fools half the country into believing his dumb innocent act. The other half, like Scott and Crownfield, truly believe we have found weapons of mass destruction in Iraq because walking-on-water Bush told them it was so and thence it were true. There is no way to reconcile such a difference of opinion. The country is fucked. Obviously half of us must die. |

So, umm French intelligence sez Iraq has WMD. (That shoulda raised some eyebrows). West German intelligence sez it. British intelligence sez it. Australian intelligence sez it. Hell even Uday sez it, and threatens a launch on our troops. And OMG-WTF, Putin gets up in front of the world and sez "Hey It was Me! I told W that we had intelligence the Iraqis were planning strikes on American soil." And cuz the WMDs haven't been found (or even if its not there), you liberal monkeys say Bush fooled the country. >> Obviously half of us must die. Try and come up with a fact based argument before you walk along side the radical muslims, you in victimhood and they in martyrdom. |

| "no spam" <no@spam.com> wrote in message news:_NxHc.10$AW3.427@news.ntplx.net... > Hear no facts, see no facts, speak no facts. Well we keep throwing facts out, like the fact that Bush was AWOL during his cushy national guard service that got him out of combat in Vietnam. The right throws it back, saying "it was proven he wasn't AWOL" which is obvious bullshit, a perfect example of the right wearing blinders. Now the truth finally comes out, and there is no truth. How convenient: "WASHINGTON - Military payroll records that could more fully document President Bush's whereabouts during his service in the Texas Air National Guard were inadvertently destroyed, according to the Pentagon. . . . 'President Bush's payroll records for those two quarters were among the records destroyed,' wrote C.Y. Talbott, of the Pentagon's Freedom of Information and Security Review section. 'Searches for back-up paper copies of the missing records were unsuccessful.'" AP, 7/9/04 So, let's see . . . No one, absolutely no one, remembers the loud drunken frat boy with obscenely rich and powerful political connections, the guy that people would be crawling over themselves to meet in hopes they could ask a favor one day. Check. Any records that might prove that he was there, notwithstanding the fact that no one, absolutely no one, remembers the guy, were discovered to be "inadvertently destroyed." Check mate. |
