Doesn't matter, was probably just a dull parting tool. Lube the o-rings, put it together and check for leaks. |

| I'm replacing the spools in a couple of brass/glass OMS SPGs. Didn't notice until I had the spools out of the gauges and hoses that the orifices are different sizes at each end of the spool or at least they look that way. One end is recessed/concave around the hole and one end is flat around the hole. It isn't obvious to these 43 year old eyes which end should be oriented towards the gauge and which end should plug into the hose. Called 2 OMS dealers locally and they didn't know. Anyone? Eric |

Anyway...jizzed 'em up put 'em in and pressured up the gauges. No leaks, so I guess I'm good to go. Thanks Scott and Capt DB |
