| Join Us On A Mission A Mission To Clean Up Our Dive Sites..... What better way to give back to our sport then to clean up a dive site for future divers to enjoy? It seems that people sometimes forget to pick up after themselves which over time & lack of knowledge places our favorite dive sites in disarray. During the month of September World Wide Volunteers join in on what is know as International Cleanup Day. Divers & Non Divers alike pick locations and make a worldwide effort to fix what others have littered. Now, we ask you to come join us THE NORTHEAST AQUANAUTS DIVE CLUB & take care of one of our oldest beach dive sites in the NY area. Thousands of scuba divers have been certified to dive at this location & maybe you were one of them? Come join us in both a Topside & Underwater Cleanup Effort. We will supply the food (Boarshead Cold Cut Sandwiches) We will supply the garbage bags (Plastic Ones) We will supply the beverages (Soda & Water) WE WILL EVEN HAVE A RAFFLE EVERY HOUR WITH PRIZES DONATED BY CAPTAIN DAN BERG. ALL WE NEED IS VOLUNTEERS Thanks In Advance Louie Schreiner September 18Th 2004....Time 9:00AM To 2:00PM International Coastal Cleanup Day With Both Topside & Underwater Clean Of Beach 6Th / 8Th Street... We will gather on Beach 6Th Street At The End Of The Traffic Circle **Free Food & Drink To Be Served To All That Volunteer** Plus Aqua Explorers Inc. Hourly Raffle Remember any divers that participate in this underwater cleanup please bring your own catch bag to put trash in. Non-Diving Volunteer will be given trash bags to Put Trash In Remember Down Below The Waves There Is Peace and Tranquility For All That Are Willing To Explore.
