That makes me wonder about something... Remember a few years back during one
of the force reductions when they were cutting down the size of the military
due to the *supposed* "peace dividend" that we had since the Cold War was
over? If someone was mandatorily retired at that point, would it be
considered as haivng been "thrown out" of the military? Technically, yeah,
