He'll never get 9 years. And when he gets out in less than 16 months . .
..he'll have $24 million.

Seeing as how he bilked lots of old folks, I think he'll do a considerable
amount of it.

I don't know what the facilities are in Virginia.

I don't know if it was a federal prosecution or state.

State, I would guess this is just the first step, there could be civil
stuff coming as well. Problem in the past on the civil side is collecting.

Enough civil actions can tie him and his money up for years. And a
criminal conviction always makes civil judgements easier.

I have heard that most of his money is off-shore, but a felony
conviction means you lose access to a passport. So he'd have to
"repatriate" his money. At which point, it's seized.

Me? I'll sign up for a minute in a small room.
