Hi,

Have you tried Dive Assistant by Blackwave? Dive Assistant support
logging, planning, kit management and qualification management. It also
synchronizes with a PC based version of the application. Their website
is www.blackwave.com.

I also really like Scubase (although support Pocket PC), it is the best
divelog I have found on the PC (you can also try it out for free). at:
