Why outrage? You lads screwed up with Yusuf Islam (aka Cat Stevens) -- sure, you nabbed him, but he'd been in the US twice in the previous several months. Problem was that your Homeland Security had a problem with spelling his name. In this French case, I was surprised that Inspector Clouseau hadn't retired yet. There will always be screw ups.
