| Of course the lickspittles couldn't wait to blame Bush in some way, just any way, for the results of an earthquake and the ensuing Tsunami. They haven't yet identified all the dead, and already the shitbags here are using their death and the aftermath as a podium for their partisan attacks. Too fucking selfish, self important and stupid to feel ashamed of themselves. And the UN, big surprise, cant wait to use the situation as another fulcrum to attempt to assume control of the US and its power and wealth, and to belittle and slander if we refuse; *************************************** http://www.nypost.com/commentary/37436.htm "Secretary of State Colin Powell found himself in the position of having to remind the world that over the past four years the United States has provided more such aid than all other nations on the planet combined." *ALL OTHER NATIONS ON THE PLANET COMBINED* *************************************** http://news.scotsman.com/latest.cfm?id=3944374 "I don't know what that is about but it sounds very much, I am afraid, like the US trying to have a separate operation and not work with the rest of the world through the UN system," she added. No shit, Sherlock. Finally figured it out, eh? We don't need the UN system, it is broken and seething with corruption. *************************************** Then, there is this asshat, James Wolcott (someone I am sure Mossman looks up to), looking down upon the unwashed masses, the environmental rapists, the common bumpkin who smoked the best shot the intellectually superior liberal socialist democrats had (twice) actually doing a little work on his own land. I wonder how Wolcott, who, since he hails from Manhattan, will likely never have to deal with the aftermath of the hurricanes he roots for, would feel about the Islamic Fascists after they finally detonate a nuke in Manhattan; "Al Queda, God's fists of fury, Allah's stern rebuke, has removed a seething pit of Godless arrogance, decadence and selfishness from the face of the earth." http://jameswolcott.com/archives/200...noble_conf.php "I root for hurricanes. When, courtesy of the Weather Channel, I see one forming in the ocean off the coast of Africa, I find myself longing for it to become big and strong--Mother Nature's fist of fury, Gaia's stern rebuke. Considering the havoc mankind has wreaked upon nature with deforesting, stripmining, and the destruction of animal habitat, it only seems fair that nature get some of its own back and teach us that there are forces greater than our own." http://jameswolcott.com/archives/200...ered_aside.php "I was pleased to see the President of the United States put down the frigging rake long enough to put on his best Sunday-go-to-meetin' suit and issue a public statement regarding the catastrophic tsunami. "Earlier yesterday," reported The Washington Post, "White House spokesman Trent Duffy said the president was confident he could monitor events effectively without returning to Washington or making public statements in Crawford, where he spent part of the day clearing brush and bicycling. Explaining the about-face, a White House official said: 'The president wanted to be fully briefed on our efforts. He didn't want to make a symbolic statement about "We feel your pain."'" Clearing brush? What is he, Luke on The Real McCoy's, Eb on Green Acres, or the cardboard cut-out figurehead leader of the free world?" "Given the sedated performance he put on today, which resembled a clinical demonstration of "lack of affect" for beginning interns, Bush needn't worry that anyone will confuse him with Huggy-Bear Bill or accuse him of overdoing the empathy. He'll never be mistaken for a mensch." Think this moonbat has ever seen a brush pile, let alone have any idea why you would move one? Where does he think his toilet paper, the gold in his ring, the gas in his taxi, the food on his table, the wax in his candles, comes from? Not fucking Manhattan. What comes from Manhattan a man can easily live without. |

We need to perfect it a little more before we can try it out on Iraq... Using it on Afghanistan will be a little trickier... <grin> |

Gee, where are the Norwegian warships and hundreds of millions in aid? French? German? UN? Oh, that's right, the UN is still licking its balls after having them all but kicked off by Mr. and Mrs. America; http://www.iht.com/articles/2005/01/...s-4692309.html All it takes to out the UN for the "Pend l'Oreille", the impotent bureaucracy it has become, is a case or two of genocide, a dictator thumbing his nose at the few he hasn't bought off for better than a decade, and a natural disaster. Now the UN can stand at the sidelines, like the little prostitute it is, while Dubya sends Dad and Slick Willy to do a better job gathering funds than the UN ever could. |

| Furthermore, every Euro is now worth 1.35 times every dollar, and the value of contributions in Euros is increasing. Images of crew throwing insufficient supplies to people might make Americans feel good, but that's all helicopters from the Abraham Lincoln can do...let people fight for aid packets. Anything more is prevented by the cost of the war in Iraq. Warships are not designed to aid people in natural disasters but to create man-made disasters. We were unable to protect Rangers in Somalia or to prevent warlords from seizing food aid. What saves people after disasters are the United Nations and non-governmental relief organizations that don't engage in public relations stunts, such as throwing aid to people fighting for it from helicopters. |

Sure..... "More on 'The UNcredibles': WFP (World Food Program) has 'arrived' in the capital with an 'assessment and coordination team.' The following is no joke; no Diplomad attempt to be funny or clever: The team has spent the day and will likely spend a few more setting up their 'coordination and opcenter' at a local five-star hotel. And their number one concern, even before phones, fax and copy machines? Arranging for the hotel to provide 24hr catering service. USAID folks already are cracking jokes about 'The UN Sheraton.' Meanwhile, our military and civilians, working with the super Aussies, continue to keep the C-130 air bridge of supplies flowing and the choppers flying, and keep on saving lives -- and without 24hr catering services from any five-star hotel... The contrast grows more stark every minute." AND: "In this part of the tsunami-wrecked Far Abroad, the UN is still nowhere to be seen where it counts, i.e., feeding and helping victims. The relief effort continues to be a US-Australia effort, with Singapore now in and coordinating closely with the US and Australia. Other countries are also signing up to be part of the US-Australia effort. Nobody wants to be 'coordinated' by the UN. The local UN reps are getting desperate. They're calling for yet another meeting this afternoon; they've flown in more UN big shots to lecture us all on 'coordination' and the need to work together, i.e., let the UN take credit. With Kofi about to arrive for a big conference, the UNocrats are scrambling to show something, anything as a UN accomplishment. Don't be surprised if they claim that the USS Abraham Lincoln is under UN control and that President Lincoln was a strong supporter of the UN." http://chrenkoff.blogspot.com/2005/0...mi-update.html -- The constitution promises freedom OF religion, not freedom FROM religion. Think about it, It ain't that hard to figure out. If your religion is none, then deal with it.
