Default Tsunami Pic

Todays edition of la times (Saturday, 12/31/04) has front page tourist pic of
tsunami wave coming ashore in SE Asia. The original is large and quite
amazing. I clipped the JPG from the web site and though it's barely larger
than a thumbnail, I think you can get an idea:

http://www.sonic.net/~lkokot/tsunami.jpg

Best wishes for the new year and a better 2005.

Follow this link and you can see some amazing amateur videos taken of
the tsunami in various places:

People didn't know what it was and stood around on the beaches
watching it, and then running in panic at the last moment.
