Well, Antonio

It's fairly clear that English isn't your first language, but the site is
fairly interesting - some useful pages showing the ESA tables, and Italian
hand signals....

I think you're looking at it.

And it's the most common disorder among rec.scubans, aggravated in many
cases by alcohol abuse.

Only thing I'm not sure of is whether Tourette's manifestations are
predictable. The outbursts here are as certain as the sun rising in the
east.
