Aqua View Dive Inn

An update on this motel for those who dive in the panama city beach
area. At one time, this motel was very convienient for divers. They
had a rinse tub, hoses, hangers and racks for drying gear and a
community grill for the guests. Well, no more! They have taken away
all the diver ammenities and significantly raised prices. New
management callously replies that they dont have these items anymore
because "they dont have too, people come anyway". The worst part is
that they had to expend effort to get rid of the rinse tub. Also, the
place is kinda dumpy. Crap laying around everywhere. Truthfully, it
always has been, but the diver extras made it ok. Bottom line is.....
Aqua View Dive Inn is a looser, spend your money somewhere else.

Agreed. The new managers are very diver-unfriendly.
Too bad, too. Convenient to Panama City Dive Center, the beach, Montego Bay.

Is this the place right behind Panama City Dive Shop?

Yes, its right next door, behind the gas station. I will say this, if
you stay there now, you get free wireless internet. They dont know it,
but they have an open wireless router running. lol
