If you've been diving all day.

Apparently, Clinton was told that bin Laden moving from Sudan to
Afghanistan was a bad thing. And did nothing about it. That was in
1996. All he ever did was one measly cruise missle at what might or
might not have been bin Laden's headquarters.

Not being part of the GOP machine working from within the Pentagon to
undermine him, its unlikely that he was getting the straight dope on
OBL and the other CIA assets at all times.
