Quite interesting. According to Scotty NATO spelling shows my
"ignorance and bigotry". So far I was quite sure about clear symptoms
of Scott's paranoia, but now I not so sure maybe it's schizophrenia?

Sometimes. It depends on the alphabet and language in use. Even in
English sometimes "Z" goes as "ZEBRA".
My question was about the word "Zulu" and I'm quite sure that Scotty
can't find WTF it means.
