He's already made at least one smart move by not accepting the $2000 offered by the California agency. It didn't say if he had cashed the check from Texas or not. I'd guess probably not. The system not only sucks there, but here in NY also. I hope he nails them all to the wall, starting with Family Court in both states and his dopey ex-girlfriend. The money went somewhere. And I am sure that he is owed a LOT more. |

Actually, the point was that the guy is likely to get his money back plus interest because the state forced him to pay it to them. Whether the wife got it, or if she did, has it, the state is still on the hook. Lee |
