| Hello all -- Below is my e-mail to the US Dive Travel Network and their response. I stand by my observation that their website is less than useful, although I'm sure I'll take some shots for that. Doesn't matter. What does matter is their response. I would never deal with anyone who responds that way and I would recommend that all of you find other sources for dive vacations. Pete ================================================== ================= Hi My wife and I are looking for a one week dive vacation in February '07. We are interested in Turks and Caicos, but in other locations as well. Price is a consideration. Your website is less than useful in trying to find a vacation. Can you provide information for vacations, including air from Raleigh, NC. Thanks, Pete ********************** That so Pete? OK. Seems a good fit then. Must confess, we are less than interested in working with you. Please seek help elsewhere. L.J. -- for the planning team |

Some people, (especially when they start whining even *before* they are customers) can be such a pain in the ass that they aren't worth trying to please. I'd not want you as a customer either (in any capacity). Too many others who are more rewarding to deal with (and less trouble). I'd say you should take the hint and go spend your money elsewhere. I'm sure that both you and they will be happier that way. -- “TANSTAAFL” “All I can say is there had better be some cheese at the end of this maze……” __________________________________________________ __________________________ "A prudent man foresees the difficulties ahead and prepares for them; The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences." - Proverbs 22:3 |

Maybe I'll use them sometime for the more exotic locations. > |

If you act like that when you walk into a restaurant, you've no doubt ingested lots of saliva, snot, and other bodily secretions too horrid to mention. What did Bush blame his failed businesses on, I'm curious? Do you think he blamed Bush? |
