For a second, I thought I recognized the cover. Then I remembered
where I had seen something similar.

We were driving north on 5 from San Diego to Aneheim (making a day
trip to Disneyland, it's only 90 miles away). About half way up,
there was a sign, one of those yellow warning diamonds. On it was a
family of three shown running. Then we came to a checkpoint where we
slowed down and were waved through ("Prepare to stop and be inspected"
said the other sign).
