Default OT:Police Shooting

I have just returned from the hospital where a friend of mine and the
entire Belleville region has suffered from a city policeman was shot in
the face/head serving a search warrant on a convicted felon that killed
his ex mother and father in law yesterday.

The Belleville Policeman is in extremely grave condition (48 years old)

The man who shot him was the subject of an intense manhunt, killed
himself shortly before the Illinois Police were going to storm the house
in which the man had barricaded himself in

No telling how many gun laws this low life broke - but I ask all of you
to offer your prayers to him and his family.

Thanks

Our prayers and hopes are in the wind, brother.

It is his will to survive, which may not be enough, that will decide.

In situations like this, it is the people who deny the human spirituality
that are truly bereft.

We, of faith, cling to our hopes.

The shitbag that harmed this man and our society will be brought to justice,
dead or alive.

Uhhhh... Scott, you might want to read Joe's post again... It seems that
the guy has managed to come up with a way so that he will be able to avoid
a trial on this matter... Hell, I would hazard to guess that the DA can't
even bring him up on charges, much less it be able to make it to trial...

My prayers are with the Officer, his family, and his department.

You want to offer prayers to "this low life"?

Your last name may be English but you're ability to write coherently in
that language isn't very good.

that's a fact - no arraignment, not trial, no sentence(by this world anyway)

I guess you missed the dead or alive part.

Interesting concept. Could you explain us how it would be possible to
bring to justice dead man alive? LOL

No, it's just that the way you worded it in the future tense made it
appear that you had missed that part of Joe's post...
