Dominican Republic - Sosua Bay - Any good/bad reference ?

Hello,

We are going to spend two weeks in the Casa Marina Bay hotel on Sosua,
in the Dominican Republic, from mid-February.

From what I have heard so far on internet and usenet, diving there is
not that great but we nevertheless plan to give it a try.

Has anybody been there recently, and is there any dive operator you
would recommend (or that we should avoid) ?

Are there dive sites that we should not miss ?
