Default Galapagos - Sky Dancer

Hi there,

I am about to book a trip on Sky Dancer for a trip in the Galapagos. Has anyone been on this boat before? Is it good/bad/indifferent?
thanks for the advice

I was on it in November of 2002. Pretty good boat, a bit slim in the beam so
it does roll, it also pitched in a heavy sea. Food was good, dive op good,
crew very good. Pretty much the standard Dancer offering. Of all dancer
boats I have always liked Star Dancer, but I would book the Sky
again....especially since there isn't anything particularly better in
Galapagos. There are different and equal options, but nothing significantly
better all around.

I happen to like Lammer Law of all Galapagos boats I've been on, but the Sky
Dancer was a good option when the LL didn't have the itinerary I wanted
during the time I would be free.

hi thanks for your replies, i was informed today that jan/feb is a bad time of the year to visit the islands due to the warm waters not encouraging the bigger life into the reef and that visibility is at its lowest. Is this true?
I dont want to spend all this money and end up there at the wrong time of the year.
