Default Ritz Carlton Sharm el Sheikh February

Anybody stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Sharm? Is it as good as it gets,
or merely another flash brand?

Thinking of late Feb

is the water likely to be 23C as per the various web sites?
Is/are Sharm and the dive sites less busy at this time of year?
Any reasons not to go to the Ritz, or Sharm in Feb.

Many Thanks

PS.

Is it a good time of year for fish, or are they much more prolific as
the sea gets warmer?
