Default Red sea/cairo trip

I am thinking of going to cairo and the red sea in july but I am not sure
if its safe. This is my itinerary: 3 days in cairo, 4 days on a nile river
cruise going to Abu Simbel, Aswan Luxor, 3 days on a live aboard from
hurgada to sharm, 3 days in sharm Can anyone give me any advice.
Thanks in advance

Jamie

Safe?
What are you frightened of?
Flying?
Diving?
Being bitten by a camel?

London is more dangerous.
