can you run a dredge off an apollo scooter?

Hi all, I'm trying to build a water dredge using an apollo scooter to
power it. HAs anyone tried this or know if and how to do it?. I'm
dredging in 40 m (130ft) with big currents and seas so surface supply
HP water isn't possible nor air dredges. Any help appreciated.
