Can anyone tell me the ballpark figure of pressure from the first stage to
the BCD inflator?

Thanks

It varies somewhat with makes and models of regulators....somewhere around
100-150 psi.

Essentially, isn't this the same thing as asking "what is the intermediate
pressure of air running from the first stage?" and therefore would vary somewhat
from reg to reg?

Yes and yes. Generally, it's somewhere in the range of 150 psi, but it does
vary from regulator to regulator and even based on owner preferences. The
DIR crowd is well known for preferring a slightly lower intermediate
pressure.
