I had the sense I would have just been given a bad upgrade offer, and I had already moved on to the Suunto. I probably should have given it a shot, though. -- Jason O'Rourke www.jor.com |

Probably could still return it, I would send it back directly to the factory, with a letter to the QA Manager or similar, stating the problem and why it would be so dangerous and such a liability to use such a "defective" item. http://www.oceanicworldwide.com/s-index.cfm What the heck, they are practically down the street from you. -- Matt matt@gol.com |

It does the same thing if you blow off a safety stop. It only locks you out of you blow off a mandatory deco stop. --- Rich http://richlockyer.tripod.com/ |

I just get a little warning signal that suggests I take a longer than normal surface interval. I am not doing deco diving though...maybe that is the difference. ----== Posted via Newsfeed.Com - Unlimited-Uncensored-Secure Usenet News==---- http://www.newsfeed.com The #1 Newsgroup Service in the World! >100,000 Newsgroups ---= 19 East/West-Coast Specialized Servers - Total Privacy via Encryption =--- |
