What is usefull, why is it harder or easier that anything else around? Yes you can use it with out anyknowledge, but i.m.h.o. you should NOT be allowed to connect it to anykind of network with out an loot more knowledge. >>At the moment Windows is the far most complex and hard OS >>to understand > You have got to be kidding. No, I know what I'm talking about, Windows has the most complex inner workings of any OS, even being more comlicated that ond fine VMS. On this a little nice looking layer has been fitted trying to make it look nifty and easy. But thats only a glue on layer making it look nice. As soon as you run into any problem this glue layer isn't going to help you. If you at that moment don't know your OS inside and out, you might have to resoulv into reinstalling the system. >>Saing that windows is >>easy is just a plain lie, that could be based on being workly >>informaed by someone else that lied. > You'll have to explain that to my 9 year old niece and my > 84 year old FIL. Using the interface doing som work is not the same thing as understanding the OS. The system has a nice layout and look easy, but in the bottom it's the hardest one to understand of them all. Hiding it with a loot of nice looking graphics doesn't change that. / Balp -- http://anders.arnholm.nu/ Keep on Balping |
