| Thank you all very much for this advice. Not only do I have an answer, but lots of reasons why, so I can now understand, and will therefore remember. | Wrong Answer! Why should I want to go to someone who doesn't do the job right? Once again. If the tank is down to 0 psig, not 50, not 25, 0, then you should do a VIP to be sure no water is inside. Even if you own a compressor or transfill whip you should spin the valve off and look inside. It only takes a few minutes. Why take unnecessary chances? michael Jammer Six wrote: > > In article <3F4555FB.EDA00FC4@earthlink.net>, Michael Neverdosky > <mikenever@earthlink.net> wrote: > > € If a tank does get down to 0 psig then it should get a > € VIP before refilling.
