Change shops.

Learn or die. You choose.

No need to change shops... a quick call to McMaster or John will take
care of the problem.

Thank you all very much for this advice. Not only do I have an answer, but
lots of reasons why, so I can now understand, and will therefore remember.
Thanks.

Wrong Answer!

Why should I want to go to someone who doesn't do the job right?

Once again.

If the tank is down to 0 psig, not 50, not 25, 0, then you should
do a VIP to be sure no water is inside.

Even if you own a compressor or transfill whip you should spin the
valve off and look inside. It only takes a few minutes.

Why take unnecessary chances?
