Default Imersion Imperial diving mask compatibility ?

Hi all ,

I just bought this Imperial model diving mask from Imersion at a local
general-purpose sport store (they have a diving section) and they had this
booklet that included some of the masks they sold , along with a review of
it's capabilities . Now in the recreational tab it indicated an x(on a scale
of max 3 x's ) but in the scuba diving tab it didn't give any ranking just a
"-" ....

Later today I checked the imersion
website(http://www.imersion.com/page1.asp?navi=ie&langue=2) and the imperial
model was clearly listed in the diving masks page . Do you think this mask
isn't suitable for diving or the store made a mistake ?

Thx in advance

I think if you can't tell yourself, then *you're* not suitable for diving.

Looks like the purge valve may not allow easy access for the diver to
pinch the nose to help equalize the ears. Check with the store if that
may be the reason they didn't list it for diving.
