| Must be PADI, I think it's the official BSA sanction body for divers. Do you suppose it's aggravating the hell out of this guy that nobody is taking him seriously? One would hope. None the less, Dean is a stinker. Nothing more or less that a further division of the democrat vote, which I support. He has no hope of winning the election, and his running will only dilute and fragment the party. For that reason, I visit his supporting websites, and lie on the polls. |

If you are referring to the Boy Scouts of America, you'd be wrong. There is no official sanctioned body for divers. The regulations specifically mention PADI and NAUI, but they also allow any other major agency as long as it is approved by the council. |
