Knife sheath needed

I need to replace a sheath on a titanium BC knife. It's a semi generic
one that looks like the one on the PromateUSA webpage:

One of the retaining tabs has a stress crack on it. Anyone know where
I can get just a sheath, either an original plastic one or one of the
nylon ones that also show up on that style like the Blue Reef one?

I picked it up on Ebay so I don't have a source. Before I buy a new
knife I thought I would give this a try.
