This does require some muscle fitness - going low cadence at a high gear
ratio is an anaerobic activity and is not sustainable. I wouldn't give
my fins to anyone, nor even a more mild one like the Quattros.

What about that little contradiction, liar?

If everyone around you is laughing, and you don't see what's funny,
it's time to look in the mirror.

I think we have a differenet understanding of how slow is slow.
If it is not sustainable then either:

(1) you're going too fast; slow down, or

(2) your level of fitness is entierly too low for
SCUBA diving activity.

(NOTE: Muscle efficienty will increase with fitness level.)

The first time you called me a liar I offered $2,000.00 to you if you were
right.
You would have had to make one phone call to verify it.
You either knew you were the liar or don't have the courage of your
convictions.

Which among other things means that the quotes you like to post would never
come from you.

And now?

Nothing's changed.

You still lie.

Now go to bed.
