So you roll up on the scene of a house with fire and smoke blowing out
two sides of the structure. You have one guy on your attack line that
has had enough schooling to put on turnout gear, an SCBA, and work an
attack line. There is one other person there.....they just joined the
FD that night and have never done any firefighting. Should you send
those two guys in on an attack line????
