Go with the Ocean Kayak Malibu Two XL. It is big enough for
two or one diver with all the junk you are planning on
taking. Looks like the going rate is about $669.

Just my $.02

I have the Cobra "Fish and dive". It has lots of storage available and would
hold what you need.
It is a SOT (Sit on Top).

The Fish and Dive is a kayak and extremely easy to paddle but is not as good
as a longer thinner boat would be. I can sit on the edge without tipping it
and I'm over 200 pounds.
