Safe Sea: Buy in Cancun?

Do I really need Safe Sea to prevent sea lice rash?
Could I use something like Bullfrog suntan lotion
instead?

If no.....can I buy Safe Sea locally the Cancun area?
Or should I go ahead and mail order some b4 I get to
Cancun?
