The housing for my Minolta Maxxum cost over $600, by the time I purchased the substrobe (which you will also need to purchase because the strobe on the camera is not powerful enough) and different port attachements I spent between $1500 and $2000, and the camera costs quite a bit less than that now. I just got a housing for my $400 digital camera, it cost $520. Both housings are from Ikelite. You are paying to keep the camera dry and usable underwater. I'd say it is worth the investment. | Hi there, I have been seeking some affordable housing for my G3. It seems that only Ikelite (www.ikelite.com) and Uwe Klein (www.uk-germany.com) makes housing for that camera. Only problem is that those housings costs almost double than G3 camera itself . Have any one of you found some reasonable priced housing for G3? -- Br. Juha, www.juhahaanpera.com |
