Default Weight in Red Sea? - already googled.

I've googled and cant find an answer so....

With my wet suit and a 12l steel tank I use:

8kg in Atlantic Tenerife (fractionally buoyant at safety stop)

5kf in freshwater swimming pool in Manchester (fractionally buoyant at
3m)

How much extra weight will I need in the Red Sea next week with a 15l
presumably aluminium tank?

Also, whilst I am continuously thinking about using less air, I tend to
be able to do around 40mins at around 22m with a 15l tank, and 33mins at
22m with a 12l tank, (50bar at safety stop). I am very conscious that
this means an experienced buddy generally ends their dive with around
100bar.

I know it takes practice, but any extra tips keep helping.

Many thanks

Given all the factors you've laid out I would suggest to start with 10
lbs. Adjust from there.
