It caught up a few days later with the typical TASA tape on it. It had been thourghly searched. There wasn't anything of importance in there (so I thought) and didn't take great inventory of my things. The one thing that was in there and is now gone is the cable to connect my Wisdom computer to my PC. I took my laptop with me and used it there and I remember packing it. Now the dealer tells me that I have to buy the whole software kit again. I even went to Sherwoods site and complained. They didn't seem to care. I just need the stupid cable and not the whole software kit. I have a registerd copy and shouldn't have to buy it twice. Does anyone know where I can get just a cable????? Check with TSA. If you believe the television reports, their employees often lift (steal) items from the bags as they are inspected. Whether hype or not, thefts do occur. The TSA should stand the loss. Report it and see where it gets you. One problem you may encounter is your lack of inventory. I had a similar occurrence with the transformer for a cooler. Looked all over for a couple days before calling the motel. It was left in the room of the motel. |

Even though I had the lock secured through a bright yellow cable tie. I filed a complaint with TSA twice and was completely ignored. I contacted my congressman because they were not responding. It took TWO letters from him before they acknowledged his communications. I was not as upset about the lock as I was their arrogance and lack of responsiveness. (T)hieving (S)tealing (A)ssholes. |
