If you are shopping for a strobe, be sure to check those available from
Inon. The new D-2000 in particular.

yes I plan to buy an u/w strobe for my Nikon 4100, by I want to be sure to
buy a compatible one.

I've a YS90DuoDX flash on my Nikon F90x SLR and also used on a Olympus
C5050z digital with the fibre optic connection, but I have also seen the
Inon flash and it looks like a very good product.

Wider angle of coverage by using two flash tubes and (some models) have a
modelling / focussing light as well.

It's also smaller and thus would pack easier when flying.
