Mare M1 software problem

Hello has anyone experinced a problem with the Mares M1 software. I have
now logegd 53 dives on the computer, but the software will not download any
of the dives after 50 ? It does not see them altough when you manually
enter the computer to view the dives they are all there ??

If any one has any experince of this and particulary now ow to fix it I
would be grateful.
